It’s also a space for personal growth and self-reflection. In our initial consultation, we can discuss your needs and determine if therapy is the right fit.

The initial assessment is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll ask about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and share what you’re comfortable with.

As our treatment protocols are customized to meet your specific needs, the cost can vary, however we can share costs upfront before moving forward.

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Check with your insurance company directly for their reimbursement policy.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this timeframe, you won’t be charged. However, sessions canceled without notice may be billed at the full rate.

Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic process. What you share in our sessions stays between us, with a few exceptions required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. We can discuss this further during our first session.

The length of therapy varies and depends on many factors. Some clients find a few months to be helpful for a specific issue, while others benefit from longer-term support. We will regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

We do see individuals! Our focus is on healing relationships, and the relationship with your Self is no exception. Whether unburdening and integrating parts of the Self or exploring and adjusting how you interact with your larger context, we approach the work through a system’s lens.
